Hi!
I've recently got the Enhanced 4/64 version of the LP which has been working great.
I've had if for a week and recently discovered that it has Win 10 Home,
since I'd like to use more fun features that Home doesn't provide, and that I have a key for Pro I'd like to upgrade.
But I'm stuck. On how to upgrade.
I've tried to boot from USB to reinstall to Pro but it never works.
Read something about a BIOS issue, is it related?
[RESOLVED] Change to Win 10 Pro

Hi afp,
you do not need to freshly install Win 10 Pro, but instead just enter a valid Win 10 Pro licence key
then the system will start to download additional files to change the system to Win 10 Pro and reboot
and then Win 10 Pro is installed.
I did the same with a Win 10 Enterprise ke which is available for me.

I concur on reloading with an ISO SHOULD work.. I was about to attempt that when my Enhanced LP died:(afp wrote:Hello Rolf
Thanks for the response
I tried to do that but I got a strange error code when I was trying to enter it.
Activation failed with error 0xc004f014
Figured that a reinstall with ISO might help but that's where I got stuck

Press delete on power on to go in to bios with the USB device plugged in. Find boot devices in the bios. Make your USB stick the first boot device. Go to exit & save changes. Power off panda. Power on panda. Should go to USB device.
Warning,
Drivers are a issue. I have problems w/wifi, & audio IO devices.

Also before you try a clean install, make sure that the key is correct. Try again.
Ok so I finally solved it!
And here is what I did wrong and how I fixed it.
When I was trying to boot from USB I used a 64gb usb 3.0 Flash drive.
So when I formated it with rufus I formated a 64gb partition on fat32 which is not bootable.
And second I tried to boot the the drive from the usb 3.0 port which also does not work well.
So I made it easy and used Media creation took to create a bootable usb drive, which automatically create a 32gb partition on the drive.
And the I plugged it in to one of the usb 2.0 ports and reinstalled
Booted up and activated it with my key by phone.
Next step is drivers which I pull from their github

Haven't done this part yet but I'll let you know how it went
Okay, so that Github provided all the drivers I needed,
