Windows 10 Cannot Complete Installation

After many attempts to reload Windows 10 to fix each of all the many boot-up problems encountered by me and others, I finally got to the "Install Windows" stage. After about 10% into the "Install" the LP board shut down. Now, every time I try to boot-up the LP board I get the message "Windows encountered a problem or was shut down unexpectedly.... Click on "OK" to restart and complete installing Windows" or something like that. Trouble is each time I restart I get to the same point in the process and get the same error message. I can't get any further in the Windows install process. Appreciate some advise or suggestions to fix...or an RMA if that is the only fix left.
