Another Lattepanda Car PC
sounder1990 2016-09-16 16:22:19 6470 Views3 Replies Just ordered my Lattepanda today. I'm looking to use it to replace my head unit entirely. Plans are as follows:
Connect audio out to an EQ - The EQ I'm getting has two audio inputs allowing for switching between them. I will put in an extra Aux port for the second input allowing connections to phones, mp3, etc. It also has 4 channel audio out (Door speakers, etc.) and a sub out. Controls included are a switch for the two inputs, 4 EQ knobs, volume, sub out, and a lowpass filter.
Connect EQ to 50Wx4 Amp - Nothing special... Just need power for speakers.
USB GPS unit - for Gps. (Duhh.)
Some extra usb ports.
Possibly some sort of accent lights controlled by it.
Seems to be fairly simple ideas. If anybody else has some ideas I'd love to hear about them. I'm pretty new to anything arduino too. So might need lots of help. It would be greatly appreciated. I'll try to stay up to date with everyone, but no promises. My Lattepanda should arrive by next week. Other pieces may have to wait a bit. Touch panel is out of stock at the moment so we'll see where thats gonna put me. And if anyone knows when they'll have those back in stock, please let me know.
