Hi Guys,

I recently got fan issue, it runs well but with strange sound.

Do you know how to take off the fan and check or maybe replace one?

Thanks

Hello,

last Weekend I have changed the CPU-cooler against a self made one.
It was neccessary because the original one was for me to weak - the whole Board was always hot even the M.2-SSD.
Now I have in most time just 35°C CPU-temperature and everythin is just hand-warm.
The Fan is one for 12V, but I powered him only by 5V so that he is very quite running.
here some Fotos:

@Bruchflieger Really great cooling solution. We will release an Aluminum Alloy cooling case for Alpha soon. Here is a photo of the sample.

Looks very nice!
May I suggest adding some groves and match plastic insert as removable dust covers.

Do you specify temperature differences between the original fan state and this new state?
Is there a difference worth going to?
