I has been using my Alpha for a little under a week when it shut down and won't turn on any more. I unplugged it and replugged it and none of the LED (Blue and red) turn on. I'm using the provided power adapters and have removed any USB devices and SD cards from the board.
Any suggestions before I start the RMA process?
Also another problem is Canada is experiencing a postal strike at this time and there is a real possibility that it will not be returned within the 90 day window. Please advise on this as well.

I have the same problem. Just one under week and it dead on me too. I think we all got a bad batch, I've seen a couple of people post up the exact same problem. The first Lattepanda alphas didn't seem to suffer from this problem. I've people on Youtube get the pre-order first batch of Alphas and never had a problem with them.
I am also waiting on tech support to get back to me, I really want another one. Have been waiting all day for a response.

My problem also. Purchased the alpha through Indiegogo. Worked fine for two weeks. Then died. Interesting to see that other people are having the same problems. After all the hype, this is very disappointing. My question is how do you contact the company for advice and for an RMA? I left a message via Indiegogo--NO RESPONSE. I left a private message on this sight and again NO RESPONSE. Has anyone else been successful in getting a response?
