Latte Panda Alpha 864 not showing NVMe SSD in OS

So I am using the Latte Panda Alpha 864 and I am trying to add an NVMe SSD to it, a Samsung 970 EVO to be specific. If I boot into the BIOS and go to NVMe configuration it shows that it is there. But if boot into my OS which is Linux KDE Plasma it will not show up in the file explorer. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening? I read someone had fixed a similar issue with a SATA SSD increasing the power supply. But if that was the issue why is it still showing in the BIOS? Maybe its just a compatibility thing with the SSD? Any help would be great! Thanks!
