BIOS reset issues

I'm stuck in a situation where my alpha does not respond to any device connected through the USB ports anymore. The alpha boots, and the Win10 desktop appears, however, my alpha does not respond anymore to the keyboard and the mouse. It even is impossible to enter the BIOS.
Is there a way to HW-reset the BIOS, or clear the memory where the BIOS settings are stored? It would be great if this could be achieved by e.g. putting 0V at some pin of some chip.
