I purchased 4 of these units, but the touch is not working on any of them. I am running a custom flavor of Ubuntu 16.04. I can't find the GoodIX driver that matches Ubuntu 16.04.

Anyone else run into this?

Any hints on where to find this driver?

Welcome to the club, bough that panel only because it was supposed to be plug&play as the documentation is not hinting any drivers installation.
The further I use the lattepanda alpha, the more I think the documentation is bad, incomplete.
Lattepanda definately lost my trust this year.

I've had the same problem for months with the Lattepanda Delta.
In the middle of the touch screen no response. I tried the old and
new driver (installed with install.bat as admin), but it didn't bring
any improvement.

I had to reinstall Windows 10 after receiving the Lattepanda Delta
because of problems with the preinstalled Windows 10. Since then,
the touch screen no longer works properly. It's a shame for
Lattepanda not to release a working driver.

Lattepanda should be comfortable to find a solution which works.
Otherwise it was the last product I supported and bought from the
company in Kickstarter.

Hi Dr.InSide, Please be sure: “install.bat” must be run as an administrator to update the driver correctly. and the Touch driver is for Windows system. thanks.
Enjoy Tinkering with LattePanda !
