[Defective] LattePanda Alpha died

I got my device with Titan case from Kickstarter.
After defect Antennas (I bougt some new ones from Amazon because you only meaned try it correct, but the connector was defect)
my Alpha was working well for months.
Today the Alpha was dead. There is no LED blinking or lighting anymore.
I tryed to power it up with the 12V Pins but the Alpha LED's are dark and the Alpha is not starting anymore.
Please send me RMA Data. Is it possible to get the data of the internal storage out of the defective alpha?
