[DEFECTIVE] - Alpha won't turn on, no LEDs at all
hidden772 2019-04-30 05:13:25 1630 Views2 Replies I have an Alpha 864 that stopped powering on. I have attempted the following procedures, but none have worked:
- Hard Reset
- BIOS Battery Removal for 24Hours+
- Tested original LattePanda power supply with other USB-C Devices (the power supply works fine)
- Tested known-working USB-C power supplies with the Alpha 864 (does not work)
Alpha 864 worked properly for some number of months. Nothing special between when it worked and not (other than I had shut it down).
Requesting RMA. Thanks.
