a lattepanda 864s turns off with minimal stress

I have the lattepanda 864s. I have the temperature of the fan settings in the bios at the minimal. I also have this power supply:

I supply the power via the CN2 port. The random problem I present is when I make some charge of work, for example run virtual box or copy files the lattepanda is when automatically turns off like if crash. This is not always and is only just in some occasions. If there is no stress I can leave turn on for days the lattepanda and no problem at all. What can be the problem of the shutdowns? Or can I try to solve?

Thank you

Power supply problem. (causing the brown-out condition)

Many possible issues: power supply not to the spec, too long the DC cable, wire gauge too thin, the DC connector related (contacts and soldering), and output capacitor is too small (add a 4700uF 16V capacitor).
The last one is a frequently seen issue due to Intel CPU SepedBoost is causing an instantaneous power demand while the power supply won't sustain the need causing the DC voltage dip.

Ok what power supply could be the best? And the capacitor where must be placed?

I prefer name brand

Go to eBay search for
Delta genuine 12V 5A

(There are other brands, Delta Electronics is really good.)
Do choose anything that is used for LED lights.

Sorry typo

Do "NOT" choose anything that is used for LED lights.

Also note that if you do not plan to add other peripheral, 12V 3A is sufficient.

Finally stopped the turns off. Maybe is an exaggeration but I bought this to test:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Z9X4GLW/

It’s 12V 10A, but it doesn’t even blink is stable the lattepanda, never turns off or anything.

Thank you for the help, the problem was the power supply,

I have a new update to make spike and robust the lattepanda. I was using the CN2 port is ok but I had one or another turn off including with the strong power supply. Just when I watched movies and did heavy operations at same time. It was a turn off occasionally very rare almost not notable like I said in previous post.

Now to totally eradicate the turns off I bought an original Apple charger of 96 Watts for the macbook and a USB-C Passive 40Gbps cable with 2.3 ft and now is more solid than anything and I don’t need to use the CN2 port. Definitely, I will stay with this. I use Jdownloader at high bandwidth downloading, watch videos, use other apps for heavy strong CPU usage all at same time and nothing. I don’t have a turn off in a month.
