USB Powers down over night

When leaving the LatterPanda on overnight it seems to power down the USB port making everything plugged into it unresponsive.
A full power cycle fixes this issue, but we need 24/7 connection to the USB ports when on without having to restart it every day.
I have changed every Windows power setting to never sleep and am still experiencing this issue.
Has anyone else experienced this or know anything I can try?
