Need to replace 2 resistors

On the bottom side of the Panda (Delta) there are 2 resistors between the usb ziff and the touch ziff ports. these two resistors have something to do with the power switch port on the top side just above. I seem to have accidentally removed the resistors.

with my meter I measure them out @ 9k and 40k. can someone confirm before I order the wrong stuff

If you are talking about the 2-pin 0402 SMD parts nearest to PCB edge and (in between USB and Touch flex connectors)...
They are not 9K and 40K but in several hundred K to Mega ohm range. The challenging part is they are part of active circuit, so your measurement (on PCB) is far from actual values.

For what problem do you want to replace these two resistors? (USB 2.0 not detecting problem?)
