using external portable monitor lenovo thinkvision m14

I have a lattepanda Alpha 864s and I am trying to use it with my external portable monitor lenovo thinkvision m14

I want to have power supply -> usb-c monitor m14 -> usb-c lattepanda alpha

From the specifications of lenovo thinkvision m14 it does usb-c with power delivery with values below
Input : 5V or 9V or 15V at 3A or 20V at 5A max
Output : 5V or 9V or 15V at 3A or 20V at 3.25A max (max 65 W)

is it possible or not ?
do I need a special usb-c hub ?

having a separate power supply instead of usb-c is no so much of an option for me as I like the idea to have one power supply for both screen and lattepanda.

any advices or opinions or insights are very welcome
