I used My lattePanda for a couple months as an always on computer and now suddenly the fan noise is the worst ever. Is there a recommend replacement fan or can I get a replacement fan (Is there a warranty on these things?). Its unusable in my living room as is. Once the fan kicks in every 30 seconds or so and cools the chip for 10 seconds before going off it drowns out everything, even loud movies.... its so loud

Seems to be a worn out fan (most likely dust came into the bearings.)
I'd suggest
first take the fan assembly out (from the board) and try rinse the bearing with Silicone lubricant.
If that does not work, replace the fan. Unfortunately I have no idea on fan's spec nor where to source the fan.

Same issue here on a delta after 3 hours of use.
Though the Delta fan control algorithm is just overall terrible. 0 hysteresis so if you're just on the threshold of the fan turning on, it clicks on and off constantly, multiple times per second. It's awful.
