LP 864S USB C not working

My issue is that i can't use a USB hub on the USB C port.
- I power the LP using the 4 pin connector on the bottom.
- I can power the LP using the USB c connector
When i connect the USB hub (I tried 2 different models) it won't recognize them and they do not receive power.
I'm running the windows 10. I'm just hoping it's a little bios setting or something like that.
