12V power from PD power bank

I would like to use the USB-C port for video and I don't want to build a battery pack Lipo/BMS at this point. My question is, will the 2 items listed below power the board (obviously using a PD power bank.

Yes, it can trigger a proper USB-C PD battery pack with proper profile (12V 3A or 12V 4A profile) to output 12V.

Be careful, I've seen some parts actually have the wrong setting on the PCB, although the product marking has the correct spec. So test the output voltage when connected with the PD pattery pack before you actually powering the LP Alpha/Delta.
