A URL link to that shield is needed to get people to understand what you plan to do.
BTW, are you planing to use Intel side as its IO or Arduino as its I/O interface?

Hi, also looking to connect Arduino Shields to the lattepanda alpha (arduino part), I noticed that the Gravity IO expansion board is not compatible with the alpha/delta. Any alternatives available ?

re: connect Arduino Shields to the lattepanda alpha

LattePanda Alpha/Delta does not use standard Arduino connector layout.

You can
- use patch cables/pins to link up necessary pins from LPA's port to Arduino IO shield (ugly and messy)
- design your own PCB
- use your own Arduino board (ignore LPA's on-board Arduino)
