Recently I changed some BIOS settings in lattepanda. Then after the restart , it wont boot . The red light is keep on & the blue light is light bright at first then after few seconds it keep on in dim condition.And all the output devices are not working(keyboard & mouse). I tried to do the hard reset but it didn't work.

And what i thought to claim warranty for this unit. Can i claim warranty for this issue? I purchased this unit from Ali express. And i don't have a purchase invoice . But it has stick a DFrobot sticker on the box , as below image.


Please advise me , can i claim warranty for this unit ? if yes what is the procedure.
