i tried to install debian on delta lattepnada on got an error that "unable to install grub in dummy"
does any one know how to modify the Bios we should make it work

Try these setting in BIOS
South Bridge -> Chipset -> SCC Configuration
SCC SDIO Support -> PCI Mode

And some time you need disable "secure boot" also.
