Accessing USB on a PCB level

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to connect to the USB on LP without physically plugging into the USB port. The application I am working on requires communication with a peripheral PIC device that I want to use a micro USB to USB connecting straight to the LP. Does anyone have this running right now?
