Image OS issue

Okay so my LP bricked itself cause the power kept failing. I reinstalled the image OS which creates the administrator account. I cannot use edge or app store which is needed to add another account.

My question is how do I even use the internet now

Is there a way to install the OS image which will prompt me to sign into my Microsoft account?
