First impression on lattepanda

I purchased a lattepanda RAM 4G / 64Gb and its nice plywood case from few days.
For various reasons I started to test it this week and I quickly realized the following problems:
- USB 2.0 ports do not work
- Cpu temperature too high despite the little use
- Too slow on the operating system process management, despite the board has hardware requirements at the height of good performance.
In detail, the first problem does not seem to have the drivers as it also presents the start of the bios. For now I'm using the USB 3.0 port that is working.
I also ask you to help me figure out whether these initial problems are solved.
For me the USB 2.0 ports are fundamentals.
Please help me.
