Really Strange,
Microsoft Windows Update is pushing a bootloader update for the Arduino Leonardo microcontroller (the ATmega32u4) on the Lattepanda.
The update is called "Arduino Srl (www.arduino.org) - Other hardware - Arduino Leonardo bootloader.".
The update comes from Arduino.org, the italian corporate, not the original Arduino-project founder Arduino.cc/Genuino.cc corporation.

Please, report any issue with this bootloader update: hoping it doesn't brick any board.
