I don't think that is because of power cable or adapter. Because when LP is in a restart loop it can work till i shut down. But when i try to re-install Windows it can not work stable. I also try to use system image from docs and it suddenly turn off again. I don't know what can i do.
I get the same problem.

I have tried 5 different power adapters including a PC power supply I have tried a large number of different cables, it is happy to sit at the build screen for a day without restarting itself, I can play with all the commands in the WINPE build but as soon as I finish the build and restart into the OOBE startup I can pick the language and time settings and as soon as I click on the OK it restarts and then just keeps going into the restart loop

My guess is all messed up there LP 1st booting with a power supply not good for it and it messed up the Windows. Then you try a good power supply and it's still don't work because the other power supply corrupted the Windows on it. Or maybe in the BIOS corrupted on some.

So make sure you install Windows form the link on here with a good power supply.

If you BIOS is messed up I guess they have to tell you how to reinstall that. If it can be done.

After many different cables and power supplies and a rebuild after each I have come to the conclusion that the lattepanda I have must be faulty. nothing I do will make it even boot into windows other than the OOBE and then do the restart loop.

How do I go about getting a replacement ?
