Thanks. The 20.04 official iso seems okay, just the mouse ghosting. How can I fix this?

Ubuntu 20.04 stoped booting up after several updates.. stuck at ubuntu loading logo...
can't access grub between bios and this ubuntu logo by pressing shift or E.

What's the best way to check what's wrong?
