How to Return Faulty Unit?

After five hours of use, my Latte Panda died. I was 45 minutes into watching a video on it, the monitor went blank as if the HDMI cable had been unplugged. Now when I try to start it, the arduino seems to initialise and run the "Blink" sketch that I uploaded to test it with when I first received it. Immediately on power on, the red LED underneath stays on and the underside seems to get very warm. That is all that happens. No other behaviour. No combination of button presses does anything.
Does anyone know the procedure for returning for repair/replacement?
