Problem USB3 and Intel RealSense R200

After some tests with Intel RealSense and LattePanda, the system have problems to recognize this sensor. I've only could connect RealSense one time after trying many times to plug and unplug the USB3. In others computers, the sensor works fine.
I need to use LattePanda board running at the start a RealSense application automatically, and it's important that it doesn't need the plug and unplug action.
Some idea?
