USB not work

I received my second LP yesterday.
I tested now but USB not work when W10 is on.
The keyboard and mouse are on in boot time but not with W10, the optical mouse have off her light and keyboard too.
I updated W10 to last updates but problem persist.
I tested other keyboard and mouse but I have the same problem.
