Lattepanda stops during boot

Power on….blue blinking and after a while off.
I press on button 2-3 sec an panda starts with a sign of a Panda in the middle of the screen.
After 15-20 seconds the bigger sign of a Panda shows up, flicker one second and a sign of rotating dots shows for half a second and after that panda stops.
It is not possible to start with startbutton after that. I have to power off and on to restart an the same happens again.
Please help!
