arduino serial port does not work

I´ve been trying to upload information to a micro SD card from arduino but the serial port does not respond, how do I enable it?

I was meaning by the built-in arduino, but anyway, can you use the serial port with the built-in arduino? thank you

Could you see the Arduino serial COM port in Device Manager?
Not COM1
If not,try restart LattePanda.
Or did you mean you want to read SD card in LattePanda by build-in Arduino?
It can not work because the SD card is connect to Intel CPU for capacity expansion.
