1. Please verify your issue on the Troubleshooting Thread and ask before returning units for replacement
2. Please contact your distributor or seller before returning the product to us.
3. Packages without our RMA approval will be rejected.

All faulty products can be replaced within 90 days of the original shipment date (including working days and holidays).

Services such as HKPost, Swiss Post or your local postal service are recommended as they are cheaper (at most 12 USD/10 GBP/10 EUR) and there will be no customs fees.
Please note that shipping costs are refunded.
If you wish you can also exchange shipping costs for extra products of equal value, (e.g. a fan).

Please EMAIL techsupport@lattepanda.com with information bellow for an RMA Approval:

1. Your name and your forum alias
2. Your DFRobot store order ID for items/Your Kickstarter backer number
3. Items that you have included in return packet
4. Detailed description of your product problem
5. A tracking number for your return packet
6. A shipping invoice for your return packet (so that we can refund costs)
7. Your preferred shipping address
8. Your preferred contact telephone number

When all of this information is received we can ship out replacement items.
We cannot proceed your order until we have received all of the above information.
