process capacity is always at 100%

Question

Is there something wrong with my lp? When I open a web browser my process capacity is always at 100%. Making everything hardly usable is anyone having the same issue?

sounds like it could be throttling, it may require some active cooling. check out this thread

Have you read the cpu temperature? Maybe the cpu is throttling because of heat.
