Possible water damage

Just received my new lattepanda by DHL currier. Was excited to see this little thing until I opened the box and was examining the board. The top looks to be in great shape however the bottom looks to have water damage with corrosion to the terminals. The water looks to have started from both top corners and corroded terminals on both sides.
