Does it work with Leapmotion

I'm planning to buy a 4GB Lattepanda for developing Leapmotion, would that work as if I'm using it on any ordinary Window? Also I would like to know where to find a case that would contain the board and the 7" touch screen, better if it could fit the mini fan heat sink as well. Thanks.
