Problems whit my Lattepanda

Question

Hello

I have buyed just 7 days ago my lattepanda and i habe some problems whit it.
I tried to put the .img file on my Mirco SD card and startet it up but there was the problem ...
On my Screen appear the Lattepanda logo so i thuogh it will be al fine but it wasn't, because if the logo disappear comes a masage thats says "

Can you help me ?

Just to let you know I i think the Lattepanda shoud be setup ... maby its my making somethink wrong

1. I download the ISO whit "Free Download Manager"
2. I turn it from a ISO into a IMG file (not a picture ;D) just of chainging the file extension to IMG
3. Then I use "Win32DiskImager" to get the IMG to the SD card
4. I do it like it shows me in the instructions ... Power connect wait for the LED's then press Power Button
5. It shows me the LAttepanda logo and went to the picture i allready showed many times ;D

and now nothing happens if i conect to the power

1. I download the ISO whit "Free Download Manager"
2. I turn it from a ISO into a IMG file (not a picture ;D) just of chainging the file extension to IMG
3. Then I use "Win32DiskImager" to get the IMG to the SD card

Can you answer me these questions:
Why ISO? and why convert to IMG? and why SD card slot?
The LP has Windows preinstalled on the flash memory so there is no need to boot anything as you would with a pi.

what picture? can you send a photo?

Yes it was my first boot, but I already used in my Raspery ... after i gave my raspery back I bought the Lattpanda so maby it cod be the Sd card. If i go to the options that i can select at " " and select Restart it gets shut down and it says down and wont restart :?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
I have moved this post to the troubleshooting board, as it is a troubleshooting issue.

If I may ask:
Is this your first boot?
What is the purpose of using the SD card? are you trying to boot from the SD card?

The image you shared would suggest that something on the eMMC has corrupted. This can be caused by not shutting down the unit gracefully (always be sure to shut down your panda before yanking the power chord) or by a problem in transit. It is hard to diagnose from afar, there are a number of possible reasons.
It might still be possible to restart it. Have you tried this?

If all else fails, you can reload the system using a USB key, details can be found on this page:
http://www.lattepanda.com/docs/
