[RESOLVED] No audio Output Device is installed

Question

Ehh...

I have problem with audio on Windows 10 (x64) @ LattePanda 4GB / 64GB. On system tray I have message "No audio Output Device is installed.". No sound via HDMI or / and Jack

I'm trying everything, also update drivers from https://www.lattepanda.com/forum/topic/312759 dosen't help.

BIOS is in stock setting, nothing was changed....

I found solution for "No audio Output Device is installed"

All we need is change BIOS Settings: Chipset -> South Bridge -> Audio Configuration -> LPE Audio Support

Must be selected: LPE Audio ACPI Mode

After reset in Device Manager appear new device: Intel Audio SST Device and sound work well:

From topic with newest drivers (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=675http://www.latt ... f=10&t=675 ) screenshot show Intel SST Audio Device - I don't have it. But when i'm install this device manauly, device manager report error on device...

My LP is broken? Or what? It is a reason to declare RMA? I need audio.
