Auto Startup after Power Fail.

Lattepanda would be nice to provide an example on how to boot windows using the Arduino board after a power out or someday I will figure it out. There are examples on YouTube to flash the BIOS but I have not tried yet.
I want to replace a win 2000 computer used for data collection but the Lattepanda is not living up to the job yet. 98%
