Hi
Since I will use LP as data logger remotely.
Unfortunately the power will sometimes lost.
Can anyone know if LP could start OS when power automatically?

Hum... I tried to update the BIOS to the auto-power version (zipped 1.1 version from the link you provided), but I got an error, as you can see on the attached photo. Any idea how to solve it ? Thanks in advance.
I think I can see the problem. That script seems to have HTML in it. I’m guessing you saved the file incorrectly. It’s been a while so you probably sorted that out.

2018-01-22 14:53:56 Hi, how's everything going?
Could you please show the bios-boot setting interface which will help us to figure out the problem.
btw, may I ask why would you need to use the auto-power function, is this useful for your project?
Waiting for the update and wish you have a nice day!

2018-01-14 02:33:17 I have a 8300 I have downloaded and installed the v1 auto boot several times, it goes through the motions of updating succesfully, but I get no power on options in the bios, it looks exactly as it did before.
How do I get this to work?

The zip here is the one I've used, do I have to try and download the folder?

Here is some info. You just need to set a start up program.

z8300 processor uses bios 1.0
z8350 processor uses bios 1.1

for version 1.0 there are two versions - either auto power on or manual power on
for version 1.1 you there is only one version and you can select auto power on by changing the setttings by going to Boot->Machine Status AC/Battery In

Hope this helps

2017-03-04 00:41:01 that Link https://github.com/LattePandaTeam/Latte ... nda%20v1.0 (In the 4gb version) although it says version 1.0 on the header, has a zipped file in it that says version v1.1 . There should be a version 1.0 zipped up there. I don't want to manually download the files, and find out that the "non-zipped" is version 1.1.

Could you get a 1.0 zipped verison in the "autopower" bios section please?

2017-03-03 18:49:35 Same thing that Steve here... As said here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1067 ; the BIOS with the auto-boot option is for the Z8350 CPU version. But what if we have the Z8300 CPU version ? Is there an option / bios somewhere ?

Thanks !

2017-03-03 03:15:11 going thru the Github, there doesn't appear to be a zip for an auto power on bios for the version 1.0 (8300). Is there a zip file for that? I don't want to install the wrong version and have an issue. userHeadPic steve@4wagners.net
