Audio I/O

I wanna make a guitar/general instruments Audio DSP project with this.

I could run things like "Guitar Rig" for example. And put everything inside a cigar box along with some buttons.

I would like to know if I can have several (two or four) stereo audio I/O pairs in this unit so I could use it as a parallel multi processing unit.

Or,....can I at least have mono in and stereo out?
