NO SD CARD / REMOVABLE MEMORY

Since I turn on LattePanda, I press F7 to show the boot menu.
In the boot menu there is not USB/SSD device but only Windows recovery, Windows Boot Manager and UEFI built in shell.
I have also seen in the UEFI shell devices that there is no removable device.
What should I do? Is there something I am missing from bios?
My LattePanda is the 4G model.
