Should I repurchase a whole display pannel? Or is it repairable?

Dear Sir/Mam,

We received broken fpc cable. I am sharing you the snapshot of cable.
one side width is 15.45mm and another side width is 14.12mm.

Please arrange the new one. I ordered it through DF-robot. Attachments

it's not an easy fix by hand so a repurchase is likely
