My latte panda is broken. Can it be repaired?

Shortly after I received the product with kickstarter support, I accidentally shorted the product circuit board

So the IPS panel circuit is dead and the CPU is very hot at boot

I believe that my ability will not find the exact cause and I would like to send it to Latte Panda for repair.

I would like to know if it is possible to send the product for repair, and if so, how much it costs.
