Custom BIOS / Default Settings

Question

Is it possible to create a "custom" BIOS?
I want to flash multiple devices with some default settings...

Also, i'd like to hide or change the UEFI bootlogo.

some overclocking options in the bios would be good if possible too. I have a fan and heatsinks on mine and it runs really cool.
