Reinstall OS

My LP was not booting up so i downloaded latte panda 2gb/32gb windows10 os from official site and install it on my LP through usb drive but after finishing the installation the LP rebooted and it keeps rebooting on welcome screen..
what should i do now ?
HOw should i repair my LP ?
