Questions before I buy. Server 2012 R2 or Server 2016

This product seems pretty epic due to the endless possibilities. I'm interested in installing Windows Server 2012 R2 or Server 2016 onto the 4G/64GB model. I understand the processor supports x64 bit operating systems, so I think either Server OS would work, but, does anyone know for sure if the server OS would install on this device? Does anyone know the details for the NIC on this device? Is it an Intel NIC? Is there x64 driver support?
