3D CAD with Lattepanda, Solidworks, etc. Graphics card

Not sure if this topic belongs here, but since it's kind of a technical question...
I was searching what kind of graphics card does Lattepanda use and didn't find much info. What I need to know is if it's possible to use 3D modelling programs such as Solidworks and AutoCAD Fusion 360 with it. Any body tried them?
