[DEFECTIVE] LP is a brick, red light on continuously

My lattepanda wasn't working correctly, but after I reinstall everything 2 or 3 time, it finally works quite correctly ... for a few days. I didn't manage to boot the board this morning. Stuck on nothing ! The board didn't boot at all. Even worse, when I hold the power button or the rest button, the LED is still on (Red color) and didn't shut down.

What can I do ?

It's really annoying when you know I buy this for some general office PC work and that I can't use it properly after all this time.
