Lattepanda window10 not working !!

So I formatted the partitions of lattepanda and failed to install 'lubuntu'
After that I tried to install 'window10' downloaded from lattepanda support site but it's not working !
I followed the guide but it's not working...
I can see just like the bash shell with the black....
And I cannot find the email of support team...
