[DEFECTIVE] Usb ports stopped working

Ive been using the LP since the start of this month. It has been working fine until a couple of days ago all the usb ports stopped working.
The LP still boots into windows just fine. Ethernet port and sdcard-reader works. But mouse, keyboard, usbsticks wont connect through usb.
I have been reading on this forum for solutions but found nothing. Cant reflash bios either since usb ports wont work and i dont have the tools needed to do a hard bios reset. Would like to return it for a working one.
